Non-citizens without a visa who qualify for Senate Bill 1528 may receive a lower tuition rate. Submit your SB 1528 affidavit (PDF opens in new window) along with an admissions application.
Applicants who have applied for permanent residence (I-485 applicants) need to provide the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services receipt indicating it has been approved (Notice of Action Form, I-797) to be eligible for a lower tuition rate.
The 82nd Texas Legislature approved Senate Bill 1107, which requires all new TCC students under the age of 30 to submit evidence of being immunized against meningococcal meningitis 10 days prior to their first term at TCC.
This requirement also applies to returning TCC students who have experienced a break in enrollment of at least one fall or spring term.
