Training Certification Program
Looking for a career change? Don't want to start at the bottom?
Learn the skills and techniques needed to become a trainer in your area of expertise. Northeast Campus Continuing Education Services offers a train-the-trainer series. Six classes make up this certificate program that offers three certifications (Training Manager, Instructional Designer and Instructor). Courses may be taken in any order; multiple certificates can be obtained - all six courses will provide you with all three certifications.
You will learn how to:
- Manage training
- Analyze training needs
- Design and develop training
- Conduct training
- Evaluate training
In addition, you will learn how to:
- Provide leadership in your role on the training team
- Apply business and professional skills to the training function
- Communicate effectively in writing, using graphics, and when speaking
Course objectives are based on the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction competencies for each certification.
