Office Careers Program (OCP)
The Office Careers Program (OCP) is a series of self-directed courses designed to help individuals improve and/or acquire office administration and technology skills. Students who have successfully mastered the learning outcomes of a course will receive a certificate for that course. Students completing a series of courses may be eligible for a cumulative certificate.
Several cumulative certificates are offered:
- Accounting Technician
- Administrative Assistant
- Data Entry Clerk
- Medical Secretary
Some of the course offerings include:
- Bookkeeping
- Business Math
- Computer Keyboarding
- Conflict Resolution
- Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) - three levels
- Records Management
Each campus offers different lab hours and course schedules. Our labs are staffed with trained instructors to assist students in mastering the outcomes of each course.
Continuing Education financial aid may be applied to OCP courses.
