The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires evidence of successful completion of 210 classroom hours of real estate or related education prior to allowing a candidate to sit for the Salesman’s Licensing Examination.
The Northeast Campus Office of Continuing Education Services is able to offer a limited number of seats in the Real Estate Associate in Applied Science Degree Program to satisfy the state of Texas education requirements to obtain a Texas Real Estate License and prepare the student to complete the state examination for licensure.
Also offered are real estate professional development and MCE classes.
