Geology involves the study of the workings of the earth, its processes, history, and how it relates to our everyday life.
Courses are offered in Earth Sciences, Physical Geology, Historical Geology, Environmental Geology, Geologic Field Methods, Meteorology and Ocean Sciences.
While our standard approach focuses on learning through lectures and hands on laboratory work, we also offer courses through distance learning.
Field courses take you through places like Texas, the Rocky Mountains, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone National Park and Yosemite National Park. The trips vary from year to year and from campus to campus.
