The Radio and Television Broadcasting (RTVB) Program on Northeast Campus allows students to develop production and performance abilities using a hands-on approach that helps them determine which type of media work they most enjoy and want to pursue as a career or to simply master as a skill set, including studying:
Northeast Campus facilities (PowerPoint Show opens in new window) include a computer lab, audio stations and an all digital TV Studio.
Courses in the RTVB Program are listed under RTVB (Radio and Television Broadcasting), FLMC (Filmmaking/Cinematography) and COMM (Communications).
The capstone course for the RTVB A.A.S. degree program is an internship which enables students to gain practical work experience arranged to suit their interests and career goals.
For the certificate programs the capstone course is about how to start and run your own media business.
