Third-party Sponsor

Summer 2011 Notice: Payment arrangements for tuition and fees must be made one week prior to registering for classes.

Tuition and fees paid by someone other than the student (employer, organization, etc.) is considered a Third-party Sponsor.

If tuition is to be paid by DARS or another agency, an agency voucher must be submitted to the Business Services office one week prior to registering for classes.

• It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of tuition payment due dates assigned for a semester.
• Failure to pay tuition or to make payment arrangements by the deadline may result in students being dropped from their courses.
• A student should not assume that a course will be automatically dropped for non-payment.
• A student is responsible for dropping any course.
