Student IDs and Parking Permits

Student IDs

Student IDs are free and available at each campus copy center.

Student must show proof of the following items:

  • Picture ID (drivers license, passport, bank card with photo on card, student ID from high school)
  • Colleague ID # (Colleauge ID # can be found on your fee statement or on WebAdvisor)

Replacement student IDs are $10. Payments should be made at Business Services. After paying, take your receipt to the copy center for a replacement.

Parking Permits

Parking permits are issued by Campus Police on each campus from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students receive a hanging permit at no cost for credit or non credit classes.

  • The permit is valid until the expiration date printed on the front of the permit.
  • Permits are valid on all campuses for credit and non credit courses.
  • There is a $5.00 lost permit replacement fee.
  • After 5 p.m., permits are available at Business Services.

Vehicles that bear handicap parking identifiers are not required to have student or faculty/staff permits.

Motorcycles are not required to have parking permits, but are required to park in areas designated for motorcycle parking.

Displaying Parking Permits

Parking permits are hung from the rear view mirror with the permit facing the windshield. Temporary permits are placed in the lower right hand corner (passenger side) of the front windshield or placed on the dashboard on the passenger side where they can be read through the windshield.
