General Educational Development (GED) Test
General Educational Development (GED) is equivalent to a high school diploma. The GED covers mathematics, language arts, reading and writing, social studies and science.
GED prep courses are offered through Continuing Education.
GED Testing Is Offered:
Register for the GED
You should:
- Pre-register in person no later than one week before the test date
- Requires approximately 30-45 minutes
- Pay the testing fee atone of the Business Services Offices
- Present a valid driver's license, state issued ID card or passport
- Present your Social Security card
Retesting Information
Retesters must:
- Wait six months or complete a certified GED prep course
- Provide official scores from previous exams
- Pay the $20 fee (per section)
