iService Desk is a browser-based Work Request System that allows an end user to enter a Work Request and query the Computerized Maintenance Management System about the status of a Work Request or Work Order.
A user name and password is required to access iService Desk. To obtain an iService Desk User Access, please contact Tina Chen at ext. 6182 or meifeng.chen@tccd.edu. iService Desk Work Request training class is available, please log on to WebAdvisor >TCC Institute to check for available training sessions.
