iService Desk

iService Desk is a browser-based Work Request System that allows an end user to enter a Work Request and query the Computerized Maintenance Management System about the status of a Work Request or Work Order.

A user name and password is required to access iService Desk. To obtain an iService Desk User Access, please contact Tina Chen at ext. 6182 or meifeng.chen@tccd.edu.  iService Desk Work Request training class is available, please log on to WebAdvisor >TCC Institute to check for available training sessions.

Facilities Management Procedure, iService Desk User's Guide, and Work Request Procedures are available at iServiceDesk SharePoint Site.

Submit an iService Desk request for the following issues:

  • Routine Maintenance of Buildings, Grounds, Equipment and Vehicles
  • Access Control Cards
  • Copier Paper Delivery
  • Furniture, Fixture or Equipment Assessments/Purchases
  • Furniture, Fixture or Equipment Transfers (iService Desk work request is not needed for asset transfer. An Equipment Transfer form must be completed, signed and submitted to Inventory Control.)
  • Keys and Locks
  • Printed Materials
  • Project Request
  • Room Setups
  • Signages or Name Plates

Contact Employee Help Desk at ext. 6411 if you have the following issues:

  • User name or password issues
  • Issues concerning CampusCruiser, Datatel, Outlook email or WebAdvisor
  • Computer software or hardware issues
  • Telephone or fax issues
  • Internet or network issues
