The Women's Policy Forum Foundation Scholarship

A scholarship established in honor of Tarrant County College's Chancellor Erma Johnson Hadley by the Women's Policy Forum Foundation to benefit students in TCC's Women in New Roles Program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College and have completed or are currently enrolled in the Women in New Roles courses PSYC 2315 and PSYC 2302 (must have been or be enrolled in both classes the same semester).
• Must enroll in a minimum of 6 semester hours for period of award.
• Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 2.5 or high school equivalent if a first-time TCC student or minimum total standard GED score of 2750.
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need.
• Recipient will be invited to attend a meeting of the Women's Policy Forum.
• Recipient will receive a spring scholarship if a minimum semester GPA of 2.5 is achieved in the fall and a minimum of 6 credit hours are completed.

Application Process

• Complete the TCC Foundation scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Complete the current FAFSA for determination of financial need. The financial aid process must be completed by the scholarship deadline.
• First-time TCC students: an academic transcript or GED scores, if applicable. Submit to the Foundation office.
