EPIC Architecture & Construction Scholarship
This scholarship was established by EPIC for full-time students of Tarrant County College pursuing architectural or construction studies. EPIC is dedicated to continuing the legacy by designing the future, one student at a time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be currently enrolled at Tarrant County College pursuing an Associate of Applied Science Degree or a Certificate of Completion in Architectural Technology or Construction Management and have completed a minimum of 12 hours of coursework in these programs.
- Must enroll in a minimum of 9 semester hours for period of award.
- Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 3.0.
- Students who meet federal guidelines for financial need are encouraged to apply.
- Favorable consideration will be given to applicants possessing Hispanic heritage.
- Must submit portfolio to demonstrate work in field of study.
- During the course of each semester the student must volunteer 8 hours with a Tarrant County nonprofit organization.
- Recipient will receive a spring scholarship if a minimum semester GPA of 3.0 is achieved in the fall, a minimum of 9 credit hours are completed, and signed verification of volunteer service is provided to the Foundation office.
Application Process
- Complete the TCC Foundation scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Complete the current FAFSA for determination of financial need. The financial aid process must be completed by the scholarship deadline.
Scholarship Amount
$500 per semester
