The Carswell Retired Officers' Wives Club Scholarship

An endowed scholarship established for students at Tarrant County College.

Eligibility Criteria 

• Must be currently enrolled at Tarrant County College having completed a minimum of 12 semester hours at TCC.
• Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 3.0.
• Must enroll in a minimum of 9 semester hours (8 if in nursing program) for period of award. 
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need.
• Preference is given to veterans or active members of the U.S. armed forces and their families.
• Recipient will receive a spring scholarship  if a minimum semester GPA of 3.0 is achieved in the fall and a minimum of 9 credit hours (8 if in nursing program) are completed.

Application Process

• Complete the TCC Foundation scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Complete the current FAFSA for determination of financial need. The financial aid process must be completed by the scholarship deadline.

Scholarship Amount

$500 per semester
