The Academic Achievement Award Scholarship

A scholarship established to assist students in their final semester of studies at Tarrant County College.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be currently enrolled at Tarrant County College and entering final semester of studies, with no continued attendance expected at TCC.
• Must enroll in a minimum of 6 semester hours for period of award.
• Priority given to full-time students.
• Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 3.0.
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need.
• Must submit a copy of petition to graduate from TCC.

Application Process

• Complete the TCC Foundation scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Complete the current FAFSA for determination of financial need. The financial aid process must be completed by the scholarship deadline.

Scholarship Amount

Up to 12 hours of tuition

The priority deadline is May 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m.
