The Charles Hillard Aviation Endowed Scholarship

An endowed scholarship created by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce in memory of Charles Hillard.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College with the intent to pursue an Associate of Applied Science Degree or a Certificate of Completion in Aviation Maintenance Technology.
Must enroll in a minimum of 12 semester hours, if a daytime student, or 10 semester hours, if a nighttime student, for period of award.
Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 2.75 or high school equivalent if a first-time TCC student.
Must meet federal guidelines for financial need.
Must be a graduate of Fort Worth ISD or a school within the Fort Worth city limits.

Complete the TCC Foundation scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Complete the current FAFSA for determination of financial need. The financial aid process must be completed by the scholarship deadline.
First-time TCC students: an academic transcript or GED scores, if applicable. Submit to the Foundation office.

$250 per spring semester
