Vendigm Young Entrepreneurs Scholarship
Vendigm Foundation, which is committed to fostering excellence, value and innovation in local entrepreneurs, has established this scholarship to benefit disadvantaged youth. Vendigm Foundation envisions a community in which economically disadvantaged youth gain exposure to the local entrepreneurial realm in order to pursue the goal of creating their own businesses, thus generating revenue for a growing community.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College with the intent to pursue studies in the field of business and/or small business management.
- Must be a graduate of Dunbar High School (DHS).
- Must meet federal guidelines for financial need.
- Must enroll in a minimum of 12 semester hours for period of award.
- Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 3.0 or high school equivalent if a first-time TCC student.
- Recipient will receive a spring scholarship if a minimum semester GPA of 3.0 is achieved in the fall and a minimum of 12 credit hours are completed.
Application Process
- Complete the TCC Foundation scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Complete the current FAFSA for determination of financial need. The financial aid process must be completed by the scholarship deadline.
- First-time TCC students: an academic transcript, if applicable. Submit to the Foundation office.

$1,000 per semester

The priority deadline is May 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m.
